Galactic Trade

This update adds support for the optional Galactic Trade subsytem introduced in the Fly Free or Die Adventure Path. You can enable the subsytem for any starship from the Creator > Details page. Doing so will modify how the BP is calculated and add additional pages to the Starship Sheet to keep track of cargo and expansion.

Improvements

  • Cast button on the Spells section of the sheet is now disabled in read-only mode.
  • Improved equipment search in the "Add Equipment" sidebar.
  • Total wealth is now shown in the Inventory tab on the Character Sheet.
  • When selecting spells in the Character Creator you can now be limit to only show spells in the class list.
  • Spells in the Character Creator can be filtered based on class and level.
  • Installed starship Security systems now have a notes area and their description is shown.
  • Characters can now have avatars.
  • Added missing notes page to the new sheet UI.
  • Upgrade Slot Graft now actually allows installing an armor mod.
  • Damage Reduction from the Dermal Plating augmentation is now calculated.
  • Character JSON export now includes spell school.
  • Improved equipment filtering in the Character Creator.
  • Rows of the Expansion Bay, Other Systems and Security tables in the Starship Creator can be clicked to reveal description.
  • The race, theme and classes for a character are now shown on the character list page.

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed bonuses from Operative's Edge and Jack of All Trades not applying to profession skills
  • Fixed issue where adjusting the price for an item before selling it would bring up the sidebar.
  • Fixed empty sidebar showing if an item was sold while its sidebar was open.
  • Fixed Starfinder Backpack not adding to the bulk limit when equipped.
  • Fixed duplication of the Injection special property when filtering weapons in the Character Creator.

Improvements

  • The old sheet UI has been removed.
  • Removing or using equipment from the inventory now brings up a notification that allows you to undo that action.
  • Calculated DCs for starship combat actions are now shown on the Sheet.
  • A computer's price now accounts for he installed features.
  • Starship weapons can now be upgraded as described in the SOM.
  • Search bar, sort dropdown, filter dropdown and pagination buttons fro equipment and starship system tables now stick to the top of the page making them always available.
  • Weapons the the Character Creator can now be filtered by Special Property & Critical Effect.
  • Starship Weapons in the Starship Creator can now be filtered by Special Property.
  • Added documentation for importing characters to FoundryVTT and Roll20.
  • Vanguard's Entropic Attunement class feature now allow selection of special properties and critical hit effects.

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed incorrect spell gem grouping in the spell section of the Quick sheet.
  • Fixed Overclocked Systems feature of the Augmented archetype being marked as 6th level instead of 9th.
  • Fixed typos in the description of the Shoo! envoy improvisation.

Computers

Computers of tier 1 through 10 can now be purchased as items. Once in your inventory, you can use the sidebar to purchase additional modules, security features and countermeasures.

Improvements

  • UPBs can now be tracked next to credits in the inventory.
  • Linked weapons starship now show up as a single entry on the Quick sheet with double the damage dice.
  • Spells from consumable items like spell gems can now be used directly from the Spells section of the Sheet.
  • Additional spells from items and race are now separated out in the Sheet.
  • Added Null-Space Cargo Hold as a starship expansion bay.
  • Remaining uses of limited fire starship weapons can now be tracked on the sheet.
  • Added more stats for starship crew.
  • BP cost due to weapon linking is represented on the Systems page of the Starship Sheet.
  • Starship systems can now be enabled or disabled in the Systems page of the sheet. Disabled systems do not count towards PCU usage.
  • Racial traits, ability adjustments, class features, class feature options & archetypes are now restricted based on selected sources.
  • Only armor upgrades that require batteries show the ammunition selection dropdown when installed in armor.
  • Improved Unarmed Strike feat now actually changes unarmed strike.

Bug Fixes

  • Racial traits and theme benefits that provide additional languages are now properly accounted for.
  • Common is no longer automatically added to all characters and is instead replaced with another editable field.
  • Fixed linked weapons not costing extra BP equal to half the cost of one of the weapons.
  • Restricted linking starship weapons based on special materials used to mount them.

  • Added Skill Expander and Holographic Projector upgrades for starship VI.

New UI

  • Added mods tab for the character sheet in the new UI.
  • Added drones to the new UI.

The new UI is now the default and the current sheet has been deprecated. It's still accessible for now but will be removed in a future release.

Improvements

  • Ability to restrict sources for races, themes, classes, feats, equipments and drone mods. This currently does not limit class features or racial traits, but that will be added in a future release.
  • The plus button on the "Create New Character" and "Create New Starship" items can be now clicked.
  • Data is now sorted in proper numerical order so, for example, "Mk 10" is listed after "Mk 2".
  • Powered melee weapons now have proper capacity and usage values allowing batteries to be installed in them.
  • The Creator > Details page now has separate input boxes for each language a character should know. Additionally, the number of total languages is shown.
  • Proficiency can now be overridden for each Weapon, Armor and Shield. Additionally, Specialization can also be overridden for Weapons.
  • Improved equipment searching to allow the search term to contain disparate fragments or out of order words.
  • The number of expansion bays provided by the base frame can now be overridden.
  • Ability to restrict sources for starship systems.

Bug Fixes

  • Mechanic tricks Visual Data Processor, Overclocking and Hyperclocking now provide bonuses as expected.
  • Fixed drone sheet not loading in read-only mode.
  • Fixed the Hydroponic Garden expansion bay incorrectly taking only 1 bay.
  • Fixed drones having incorrect BAB, Save & AC bonuses.
  • Fixed issue with bonuses from Weapon Focus and Versatile Focus feats stacking.

Data

  • New Armor, Armor Upgrades, Augmentations, Feats, Weapon Fusions, Starship Systems, Personal Items, Medicinals, Serums, Grenades, Weapons & Spells from the Galaxy Exploration Manual have been added. Technological items and new class options will be added in the near future.

New UI

  • Updated how trained skills are denoted on the new UI to make it easier to identify if a skill can be used.
  • Normal Armor, Powered Armor, Weapon & Shield stats can be overriden in the new UI.
  • Added short and long rest buttons to the new UI.

Improvements

  • Character PDF now shows both current ammo and usage for equipped weapons.
  • Consolidated checkbox style across the website.
  • Spell Gems and Spell Ampoules allow selecting of spells which show up on the sheet under the "Additional Spells" section.

Bug Fixes

  • Attack penalty for heavy weapons due to insufficient strength score is now accounted for.
