Improvements

  • Transferring containers to and from the Drone inventory now also transfers all items contained within.
  • Items in the shared inventory can now be sold.
  • Broken Armor, Shields, Items and Weapons are now marked in the Sheet > Inventory section.
  • The sorting of the Creation, Homebrew and GM Tools lists (by Name, Created, Updated) now persists across browser refreshes/restarts (similar to the light/dark mode).
  • Incrementing the Power Points in the Sheet > Quick section of the Mech builder now only increases the total by 1 (instead of the Power Core's rate).
  • The sidebar for the Devastating Hit Power Point ability in the Mech Sheet > Quick section now lists the increased damage for all weapons.
  • The sidebar for all the weapons in the Mech Sheet > Quick section now shows their level and where they're installed.
  • Aeon Stones are no longer included in Magic Item count on the Sheet > Inventory page.
  • Item Ring of Genie Calling now includes descriptions of the spells it references.

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed item Mobile Hotelier not requiring a battery.
  • Fixed various typos in the description of the Mech Weapon Swordwhip's ability.
  • Fixed ammunition being hidden despite the weapon or item it was installed in not existing anymore.

Improvements

  • Campaigns can now have shared credits and UPBs.
  • Sidebars for creating and modifying Scaling Weapons and Armor now includes a selection for Special Materials and the additional cost of the selected Special Material is reflected in the price.
  • Equip/Install checkboxes are now visible in the read-only version of the Sheet > Inventory page.
  • Explosive Charges (e.g. Breaching Charge) are now grouped in the Sheet > Inventory section.
  • Added indicators to the EAC and KAC values on the Character Sheet showing additional bonus to AC when a shield is aligned.

Bug Fixes

  • Hybrid items now correctly count towards the count of equipped magic items in the Sheet > Inventory section.
  • Fixed the Official PDF export having incorrect value for the EAC and KAC Misc Mod fields.

  • Technomancer Cache Capacitor and Cache Hack spell selections now include a description of the spells.
  • Added Extreme, High, Low and Zero Gravity to the Conditions sidebar as activatable effects that will automatically change your speed and bulk limits as described.

  • Fixed issue where overriding damage for weapons without damage values (e.g. Cluster Launcher) would result in the damage not showing.

Homebrew As mentioned above, this release adds the first part of the Homebrew feature allowing you to create custom content in Hephaistos. Currently, this only supports Feats, but the plan is to support everything. Next up, I will be adding support for homebrewing equipment, starting with weapons.

Part of creating homebrew is being able to apply mechanical effects (numerical bonus to skill checks, granting a feat, and so on) and this is done in Hephiastos 2E through a bespoke scripting language called "Dragonscript". This release also adds documentation for Dragonscript (aka Dragonscript 2E, since it's been rebuilt for the second edition system). Like Hephiastos 1E, I do eventually plan on adding an infosphere so you can easily find IDs and examples, but in the mean time I'm happy to help with that stuff.

Galactic Ancestries The next major Starfinder book Galactic Ancestries is coming out later this week and I just wanted to mention that I will be focusing on adding content from it into Hephaistos. Most of the content should be in by the next Hephaistos release (13th April), and all of it should be in by the release after that (27th April).
